This position requires an individual to perform a variety of tasks in the custodial and maintenance trades for the cleaning and repair of school buildings, grounds, and related district facilities.  As supervisor, you will also oversee work completed by staff and report any issues to upper management.

• Five (5) to eight (8) years of directly related maintenance/trades experience with at least two (2) years’ experience as a supervisor in this area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.  Additional related college and/or trade school. HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required. Experience operating small tractors and snow removal equipment.
• Workorder management and workorder completion.
• Experience training and management subordinates.
• Ability to pass fingerprint background check
